Mission Statement

We are the BLACK Collaborative, a revolutionary and intentional partnership creating a specialized and holistic ecosystem of care that promotes, protects, and centers Black health to end disproportionate mortality and morbidity disparities amongst Black Americans.

Our Vision

To deploy community-based collaboration strategies, including leveraging grassroots organizations to amplify the voices of the Black community across the United States of America. We work to explicitly align services and operations that are necessary strategies for implementing cross-system interventions to advance Black health.
