Breastfeeding Education Series

Breastfeeding education is an important step in preparing for your new baby and throughout your journey. We offer a series of educational sessions ranging from prenatal, returning to work, pumping, weaning, and transitional foods, & more. Educational Services are offered virtually for ease of access and convenience.

Lactation Consultations

During this visit, the lactation counselor/ consultant will gather full medical and breastfeeding history. As well as, a clinical breastfeeding assessment for each mom-baby couplet. Consultations include but not limited to a breast exam, infant oral assessment, infant weight, latch and positioning assessment, breastfeeding management and problem solving, customized care plans, written report to baby’s pediatrician, and professional referrals as needed

Health & Wellness Coach

Maternal health is a critical part of caring for a newborn. We offer a variety of courses targeting key chronic health conditions/ illnesses that impact minority health; maternal diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. Educational services are offered virtually for ease of access and convenience.

Virtual Health Coach

This Service is suitable for clients who are not interested in face-to-face visits. Regardless of the reason, these services bypass barriers to care such as transportation and are a more affordable option.
