Supervisor and Manager Add-On Training

This leadership module prepares supervisors and managers to oversee The BLACK Collaborative Inc.’s (TBC) CHW model, maintain fidelity to HCAN-aligned workflow, ensure timely documentation, manage escalation, support staff development, protect non-clinical role boundaries, and strengthen reimbursement/documentation readiness. This training is required for CHW supervisors, program managers, directors, lead staff, quality assurance reviewers, and anyone responsible for reviewing Wix/CCS documentation, approving staff readiness, managing incidents, or signing off on training completion.
