The BLACK CARE™ Food Hub is a community-based, ongoing initiative led by The BLACK Collaborative Inc., created to address food insecurity as a critical driver of maternal, infant, and family health outcomes. In partnership with Urban Farming Collective, the Food Hub provides consistent access to food and essential resources, while connecting families to broader systems of care.
The BLACK CARE™ Food Hub is an ongoing community program by The BLACK Collaborative Inc. designed to support families experiencing food insecurity.
