Perinatal Mental Health Support

BLACKBERRY & JUICE is a community-based emotional wellness program supporting families during pregnancy and up to 24 months postpartum.

The model recognizes a central truth: families thrive when both birthing people and their partners are supported emotionally and relationally.

BLACK Rhythm & Blues™

Cardiovascular health prevention

BLACK RHYTHM & BLUES connects heart rhythm with the structural and emotional stressors—the blues—that shape cardiovascular outcomes. The initiative addresses disproportionate rates of hypertension, heart disease, and stroke among Black adults and families.

BLACK ROOTS™

BLACK ROOTs Health Initiatives is a justice-centered, youth-led, community-driven health equity initiative designed to address the root causes of health disparities impacting Black communities and other marginalized youth, including Black, Brown, LGBTQ+, and low-income populations across Hamilton County and surrounding regions.

BLACK CARE™ is the hygiene equity initiative is designed to address hygiene insecurity and barriers to basic daily care. The program ensures families have access to essential hygiene supplies, infant care items, oral health products, and resource navigation services.
